The team at Stone’s are amazing. We are traveling through the maritimes and had major suspension issues. We called ten plus rv places and none could take us. Stone’s had us come in right away and were able to get us back on the road in no time. Thank you all at Stone’s for your support.

We are on a road trip and traveling through. We stopped in on a weekend for some help. The service department was closed but Shaun and Ben ( sales ) jumped right in to help us. They helped trouble shoot our issue and got us back up and running and we didn’t miss a beat of our trip.Thank you so much for your help and very friendly service. If you are in the market I would highly recommend asking for Shaun or Ben!!

After looking for an R/V since August at various dealers and various shows, I recently contacted Stone's regarding an R/V on their lot. 2 days later I drove up an ended up purchasing the perfect R/V for my needs. The team at Stone's are second to none. If you are considering buying an R/V, I recommend you give Stone's a try. Customer Service from Stones has been excellent since we purchased our 5th wheel in 2020. We added a new AC unit last spring and had concerns and confusion regarding the model that was installed and Stones did what was needed to make it right even though it took multiple service calls. They made sure we were happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them, they have always taken good care of us!

Bought a used Coleman from Stones New Glasgow last August We had issues with the floor in the kitchen. They waited till the end of the season so we would not miss out on our camping. After season was over they came to the lot and took it back to their shop and fixed the issue and returned it to the lot Outstanding service would highly recommend Stones. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Thanks for being there and having what I needed before my trip back to Ontario.
My key to my camper broke and I needed a replacement ASAP in order to be able to drop my unit off its hacks and secure it for our 1800km journey. Thankfully they had one key in stock that matched my lock set for under $20 and we didn't have to wait a few days to get one delivered from the US manufacturer at a cost of close to $100.

Called to ask about fridge parts at the 11th hour - although they weren’t able to get my specific issue sorted, they were kindly willing to help me talk through the issue until another solution was reached which was quite helpful - a very trustworthy indicator in a business in my opinion, will definitely be back if we need anything!

We were on a trip thru Nova Scotia. We had a slide cable problem on our motorhome. Stone’s RV was very helpful in fitting us into their schedule. Tim in service got us in right away and back on the road in less than 2 hours. And if that wasn’t enough….there was no “put the screws to the out of town folks” when it came to price. Their cost was actually a little cheaper than what I had paid at home last year for the similar fix!! Thank you Stone’s for saving the day and our trip!!

We bought our first trailer here this year helpful and kinda not a problem so far will update as time goes on :) so far love it
